1. General Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, services, and transactions made through antalyatoursdirect.com (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By booking any tour or service, you (“Customer”) agree to be legally bound by these terms.
All services offered are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive an official confirmation via email or message.
2. Booking and Reservation
All reservations must include accurate personal details. The customer is responsible for providing correct information.
- Bookings can be made online, via WhatsApp, or email
- The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking if necessary
- Some tours may require advance payment or deposit
Prices are subject to change due to external factors (fuel, supplier costs, exchange rates), but once confirmed, your price is fixed.
3. Payment Terms
Payment conditions may vary depending on the tour type:
- Daily tours: Payment can be made on the tour day or in advance
- Private / multi-day tours: Deposit or full prepayment may be required
- Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or bank transfer
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or message).
4.1 Customer Cancellation
- More than 24 hours before tour → Full refund (excluding transaction fees)
- Less than 24 hours → No refund
- No-show → No refund
For multi-day or special tours:
- Refunds may follow a tiered structure depending on timing
- Last-minute cancellations may incur full charges
4.2 Alternative Options
Instead of cancellation, customers may:
- Reschedule the tour
- Transfer the booking to another person
4.3 Company Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to:
- Weather conditions
- Operational reasons
- Minimum participant requirements
In such cases, customers will be offered:
- Full refund OR
- Alternative tour OR
- Reschedule option
5. Changes to Bookings
Customers may request changes; however:
- Changes are subject to availability
- Price differences may apply
- Last-minute changes may not be accepted
6. Tour Participation and Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Follow safety instructions
- Arrive on time for pick-up
- Respect local laws and regulations
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who:
- Is under the influence of alcohol/drugs
- Disrupts the tour experience
- Poses safety risks
7. Health and Safety
Customers are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to join the tour.
- Some tours (rafting, diving, paragliding) carry inherent risks
- Participation is at the customer’s own risk
We strongly recommend travel insurance.
8. Liability Disclaimer
The Company acts as an organizer or intermediary for certain services.
- We are not liable for actions of third-party suppliers (hotels, transport, guides)
- We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, delay, or damage beyond our control (The individuals or travel agencies organizing these tours are directly responsible!)
Limitation of liability clauses are standard in tourism contracts to define responsibility boundaries
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics
- Strikes or civil unrest
In such cases, refunds or changes may not be guaranteed.
10. Delays and Changes
Tour schedules may change due to:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather
- Operational requirements
We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
11. Complaints
If you have any issue during your tour:
- You must notify us immediately
- We will attempt to resolve the issue on-site
Post-tour complaints must be submitted in writing.
12. Data Protection
Customer data is used only for:
- Booking processing
- Communication
- Service delivery
We do not share personal data with unauthorized third parties.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.
Any disputes shall be resolved under Turkish jurisdiction.
